This is a minor release primarily for bug fixes.

Fixes

• In small display/mobile layout, the List view and Media view couldn't be scrolled with the mouse on non-touch devices.
• The Locator dialog didn't draw correctly when certain vector basemaps were being used.
• On Android devices the Media panel couldn't be scrolled
• An issue with cookies has been addressed that eliminates several unexpected login prompts and redirect loops.

Known issues

• For authoring Story Map Tours we don't recommend Internet Explorer or Edge: there's currently a technical issue that prevents dragging over text to select it for editing.

This is a minor release:

• Resolved an issue with not being able to scroll a feature's media panel on Android devices.
• Made the feature list scrollable with a mouse wheel in the small-screen/mobile view

• Resolved an issue with uploaded images that were loaded with http protocol, but then failed when attempting to load over https due to an Organization/Portal setting (useSSL).
