Updated installation instructions thanks to @Samsonroyal. Made generate docstring prompt better. Improved prompt creation to filter out NOTE comments.
Fixed bug introduced by vscode 1.75.0 update that caused extension to stop working. Ask AI and AI Edit features should work now.
