Update to version 1.4.7:

• Scheduled Chopping: A new advanced Chopping mode chefs can activate within their settings. It allows chefs to set up a schedule of when Salad is allowed to chop and when it’s not.
• Elevated RAM is going away as an option and becoming the new standard for machines that support it. We saw no adverse effects from chefs who opted in and the feature had very high adoption already.
• Added an exit survey to gather feedback from chefs who uninstall Salad.

Update to version 1.4.0:

• Introduced 2 advanced options in the app

  • Auto-Stop: Disabling this feature will make it so that chopping will not stop when chef’s PCs are no longer idle and chefs will have to manually stop chopping from the widget. This is valuable for chefs who like to check-in on their chopping session or with cats who like to walk on desks.
  • Crypto mining Opt-out: Opting out of crypto mining makes it so Chef’s PCs will not receive mining workloads*. Chefs who opt-out may experience chopping without earnings until they receive a client workload from our network.
  • Mining workloads may still be used while chopping for brief periods while benchmarking and testing of PCs on the network.

• Fixed an issue where a fresh install of Salad could have hardware disabled by default.
