Init the extensive form game. We have turned all games into the extensive form game in form. Except for Kuhn Poker, the extensive form of all games is the empty frame, the chance player in this empty frame won't receive any information and take any action. The reason for the transformation in form is to give the uniform extensive form API at first. We will complete the transformation substantially as soon as possible.
