MyMangaDex Versions Save

This release is a fix for the latest MangaDex API update. (#71)

This release resolve #67 (again), which fix the volume being reset in the Eye icon, and #68 which fix sub chapters being broken since last version.

This release should fix issue #65 (#67) for real this time.

This release fix issue #65, the volume should not be reset to 0 if there was one previously and the current chapter doesn't have a volume.

This release apply PR #61 and #62, which handle Online Save error in a better way that avoid login you out and fix some errors while interacting with the eye button in lists.

This release merge #58 that fix some coloring issues and also fix some missing -1 chapters instead of 1 for Oneshot and prologues.

This release fix a typo in a function related to the Bigger History option (#57).

This release fix #56, again, row hidden to only display one language were displayed again when using the "eye" button.

I also find the name of the title if it wasn't in your save when you click the "eye" button... well... sometimes, it will only work if you clicked the row where the name is displayed... this shouldn't happen anyway.

This release fix #56, it was possible for multiple Language buttons to be displayed.

This release fix a typo which made the last history refresh fix useless. Oops.
