MyMangaDex Versions Save

This new release introduce a new feature, Language Separation, in Chapter Lists and in the Title Page.

This feature allows you to filter displayed chapters to be in on or another language.
You can set your default favorite language in the options, it will automatically only display chapters of this language if there is any available.

If you set your favorite language, use a country code, you can find country codes by hovering a country flag in a Chapter Lists or in the Title Page with the option enabled.

The code is gb for English for example.

I also removed some code that prevented tooltips from being on each rows, I don't know if it broke anything, if it did, open an issue !

This release should fix an issue with the History refresh.

If an error occured while refreshing, the fetched page would be empty and the loop would never end since it never found the last page.

This release should fix MyAnimeList export for good.

It might be longer (there is a 1.75s wait between requests), but there should be no captcha encounters.

This release should fix #54 and MyMangaDex now properly retrieve informations from accounts you are logged in on the container (or private browsing) of the tab the request was sent from.

This release is only for Firefox, since Chrome doesn't have containers, and I didn't manage to make it works for normal/private browsing.

MyAnimeList added some sort of captchas when too many requests are sent, MyMangaDex now wait more between requests in the Export and it hopefully works.

This release is just maintenance, I got rejected on the Chrome Web Store for no reason since the last version.
I removed the unnecessary nikurasu.org permission since the Online Save API handle CORS and doesn't need any permission.
I also added a "privacy policy" which just says I don't do anything with your data... hope this is enough for Google...

I also added the faster file export for the Online Save, like the local save it should be faster now.

This release fix #49 by avoiding undefined values after an Online Import.

All currently undefined values should be deleted from your save when you update.

Exporting your save (as a JSON file) should also now be much faster.

This release fix an error with the latest Firefox nightly and another bug when the MangaDex reader was loading slowly (on all platforms).

This release fix a bug where the MangaDex status of a title wouldn't update if it was already in another list.

Plan to Read titles now have their start date set when you read a chapter for the first time, if there isn't already one.

This release fix the Hide higher chapters option and now sync your MangaDex rating to MyAnimeList when the title is already in your MyAnimeList (#44).

The *Title page should also now display only one next chapter if you have it enabled (#27).
