Fulcro Inspect Versions Save

These are binaries that include the new db-explorer feature, but require you use Fulcro 3.1.5-RC1 or greater. They use sente for websockets rather than socket-io. Still working out some kinks on this port, so expect there to be minor issues.

This release finishes the basic implementation:

• Adds support for any number of apps to connect at the same time (selectable in dropdown)
• Properly cleans up inspect when app disconnects
• Lets you set the port on which it listens.

A release of updated electron binaries.
