"Extract PAK" fixed

Fix "Extract WAD": crash when files are too big.

• A lot of bugs have been fixed.
• BND and CPK files now can be extracted and repacked.
• BTX images can be converted to PNG and reconverted back to BTX.
• Text files are now extracted in PO format instead of the old and ugly XML format I made.
• You can convert your old XML files to "PO" via the "CONVERT XML TO PO" button.
• The compressor needed for PSVITA have been added, however it doesn't compress enough, therefore games are gonna crash.
• Other features has been added!

• The tool has been entirely remade from scratch.
• Everything has been improved.
• New features have been added.
