Chicago95 Versions Save

New release mostly includes multiple patches since previous release that addresses minor reported bugs and improves some details. Included with this release is a Helvetica font that is similar to the original MS Sans Serif, which renders much better on modern desktops.

• Added recoloring script in Extras folder
• New Tool added new tool for Microsoft Theme files: Plus/Chicago95_Plus.py
• Fixed icon transparency problems with scaled icons
• Redid symlinks in icons folder for consistency
