Move webpages away from CGI using httpd to WebSockets, making use of libwebsockets. Test config webpage now tests the ProxyChains-ng configuration up to three times before failing. Added functionality to test each proxy server configured in ProxyChains-ng configuration file individually in turn. Added functionality to download a list of proxy servers online and test them automatically. Added functionality to save a list of proxy servers from the webpages. Webpages now contain a dynamically updated progress bar. Updated base firmware for the Yi Dome to 1.9.1.0H_201706221046 and Yi 1080p Dome to 1.9.2.0F_201706211024.
Fixed support for Yi Dome camera. Fixed bug where startup.sh startup script would not execute if FTP Server was enabled. Corrected and further simplified default ProxyChains-ng configuration. The default configuration will perform well even if many proxy servers are listed.
