Xiringuito Versions Save

Fixing UX issues to make xiringuito usage more pleasurable:

• xaval will ensure connection came up before going to background :neckbeard:
• SSH and sudo errors will be properly displayed, not just silenced :sweat_smile:

Without much arrogance we can state: the most simple and vicious SSH VPN client is here and it's pretty stable :wink:

The most important is: we have xaval connection manager. We do not force people to retype :hankey: into a terminal.

Latest improvements of xaval connection manager:

• toggle subcommand: switch connection mode between classic "attached" and new "background"
• kill subcommand: tear established "background" connection down
• logs subcommand: view logs of established "background" connection

From now we will concentrate on OS packaging https://github.com/ivanilves/xiringuito/issues/16 and rewriting this in statically typed language https://github.com/ivanilves/xiringuito/issues/56 like Golang.
