XDP tutorial

This released is primarily for distributing a Fedora 29 VM (Virtual Machine) image for the XDP-tutorial given at NetDevConf-0x13.
How to used this image (under libvirt) is described in: setup-testlab/using_vm_image.org
The instructions on how this VM-image was created is avail in setup-testlab/create_vm_image.org.
There is also an .ova image archive which should be usable with VirtualBox.
