Ignoring multiple instances of keyboards
Added Event to channel exceptions. Now you can subscribe to this event to know when some error occured.
Fixed crash that would occur if taskbar missing (i.e. kiosk mode)
TabTip now opens on TouchDownEvent when UIElement (bound to TabTipAutomation) is already focused, but TabTip is closed (for example manually).
Fixed crash that would occur if FocusLost was handled after window was closed.
