WolframResearch GitLink Versions Save

• Update to libgit2 0.26.0.
• Allow setting of GitLink`Private`$GitCredentialsFile before loading GitLink as a backdoor way of pointing to the correct ssh key file (a first class documented way of doing this will come later).
• Update Readme files appropriately
