To further provide cleanup of the APIs, VisioAutomation.Scripting has need renamed to VisioScripting

• Easier namespace to type
• Resolves some namespace ambiguities
• Emphasizes that VisioScripting may change faster than the core VisioAutomation code.

Significant refactoring to simplify and standardize the APIs

This version features a massive renaming effort for SrcConstants values to standardize them. A key feature of this renaming is that the values are prefixed so that it's clear what "section" they refer to
