Fix for cube out and change over to circle ci for deployments

• Corrected issue in scroll views like recyclerview having intercept problems on older devices
• Converted to use travis-ci and allow local deployment for easier development and automated publishing. Tags are releases, everything else pushes up as a snapshot for easy testing.

• New transformer available 'ScaleInOutTransformer'
• Updated project to latest AS/Gradle

No issues have been reported so this can be considered a stable build.
