Current features

Enabled antialiasing

Mipmapping is now working without additional plugins

Windowed mode (disabled by default)
Settings file
Settings file can be created inside "plugins" folder ("vice37.ini"). Available options:
- DEBUG (0/1) - enables/disables debug mode. Debug information is written to plugins/debug37.txt file.
- WINDOWED (0/1) - enables/disables windowed mode.
