New code was mostly developed by Emanuel Malvetti.
v0.2 includes new functionality for decomposing instruments and for converting the decompositions to Molmer-Sorensen gates as well as a few bug fixes.
The code was developed by Raban Iten (ETH Zurich) and Roger Colbeck (University of York) from 2016-19 with contributions from Luca Mondada, Oliver Reardon-Smith, Gabrielle Pauvert, Ethan Redmond and Ravjot Singh Kohli.
