Regexp based tool for mutating generic source code across numerous languages
This version fixes some important bugs in mutating comments (a fix to SKIP_MUTATING_REST in particular) and some serious problems with the default Python handler for some recent versions of Python. Strongly recommended to upgrade!
Most comby rules now work as well as regexp rules, at least for Python and Java (fixes to Java included many general fixes to c_like, and python included some universal fixes)
Various bug-fixes and new features
Is used widely enough now that a 1.0 version seems in order.
This is an initial release of a basically working tool, with basic travis tests and some documentation for pip.
