0.5 Mega commit This "mega" -commit introduces some major/breaking changes:

The highlights are:

• Switch from the ufsm-core runtime to statically compute everyting in the code generator
• The generated code is now stand alone and does not require the obsoleted ufsm-core library
• Switch to cmake as build system
• The ufsm-model library has moved in with the ufsm-compose tree since it's no longer shared between the generator and the compose tool
