Emoji is one of the most excellent invention since the dawn of history. It makes us to express our emotion visually and intuitively :heart_eyes:

I love to use emoji in my presentation slides. However, emoji provided by companies has licensing problems :tired_face: For example, App Store Review Guidelines by Apple prohibit developers from use Apple Color Emoji in applications. I keep in mind to avoid to use such emoji even in slides...

But never mind! We have Twemoji licensed under CC-BY 4.0! :clap:

twemoji-image-picker is an application like Mac's built-in emoji keyboard for twemoji. Have a happy emoji days :wave:

Installation

Download one that suit to your platform from Releases. Or you can build by yourself as an electron application.

Notes

• Only Mac version has been verified.
  • Windows and Linux version maybe don't work well :pray:
• The file format depends on platforms.
  • Mac/Linux: PNG
  • Windows: SVG

Not Supported

• Category and Frequentry used feature
  • Not necessary for me :wink:
• Surrogate pair emoji
  • Not necessary for me :v:
