Pre-alpha switch to Go. Powershell is the source of too many issues. All this does is download 0.2.4 tunic.exe and run it.

  • Some versions of grubx64.efi do not work with Tunic. Now always using the Ubuntu 18.04 version.
  • Closed 2 tickets submitted by github users

Future follow-up:

  • Use the same grub version for all files, not whatever comes on each .iso.

  • All testing has been with Windows 10 in a VirtualBox VM.

Known Issues:

  • Quit button doesn't work in install progress page; GUI is single threaded.
  • iso file is not yet integrity checked
