TravelYaari React Save
This project is based on how an effective travel website will make us feel. It is based on a traveling website with fully-featured functions that will activate the traveling bug with vibrant imagery. This website contains highlights of some important places along with high-quality photography and allows people to book their dream destination within their budgets. It also includes full customer support, an easy payment system, book as per your time choice, full virtual tour of place through different videos and images.

This project was bootstrapped with Create React App.
Available Scripts
In the project directory, you can run:
npm start
Runs the app in the development mode.
Open http://localhost:3000 to view it in the browser.
The page will reload if you make edits.
You will also see any lint errors in the console.
npm test
Launches the test runner in the interactive watch mode.

npm run build
Builds the app for production to the build folder.
It correctly bundles React in production mode and optimizes the build for the best performance.
The build is minified and the filenames include the hashes.
Your app is ready to be deployed!

PROBLEM STATEMENT :-
People all over the world are fond of travel and tourism. People often find it difficult to search for the best places .To address the issue , we adopt the travelling website which will offer best places among others.
OBJECTIVE:-
The main objective of the project is to create a website using MERN STACK technologies to continuously provide enjoyable quality excursions/trips on time and on budget. It will also develop enthusiastically satisfied customers all of the time.

TravelYaari Progress Status Report
The Project TravelYaari was divided into 3 main part:
- Complete frontend using HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript
- TravelYaari backend Api using NodeJS and ExpressJS.
- TravelYaari fully working website with MERN Stack.

The Part 1 was divided into 5 phases: phase - 1 :( 15 July 2020 – 18 July 2020)

- Basic Skelton making of the project

phase - 1 :( 15 Jan 2021 – 31 March 2021 )
- Understanding MERN Stack Technologies.
- Got skilled in MongoDB and React.
- Sharpen skills in NodeJS and ExpressJS.
phase-2 : ( 1 April 2021 - 20 April 2021 )
- Basic Skelton making of the backend /API.
- user validation and access generation (login signup)
- Created different controller components for authorization, categorization, users and places.
- Designed error handling functional components.
- Defined Model Schema for users, category, Order and places.
- Initialized different routes for handling API request corresponding to user or admin.
PART - 3 : -
phase - 1 :( 20 April 2021 – 30 April 2021 )
- Created React App.
- Designed functional component for navigation bar, carousal, homepage, footer , signup , signin, and gallery.
- Developed Components for Admin sides which includes create category, create places, order view, payment gateway, CRUD operational component, order status management, contact handling, feedback and user support.
- Developed component for user side which includes places, Wishlist, order, payment, gallery, search places, filter and selecting places, view places , take a tour, video tours and so on. phase-2 : ( 30 April 2021 - 10 May 2021 )
- Test debug and Deployment phase.
- Tested each component and routes and their performance
- Deployed to Heroku and published at https://travelyaari.herokuapp.com/
How to run the project 🚀:
- Open the
Terminal. - Clone the repository by entering
$ git clone https://github.com/shsarv/TravelYaari-react.git. - Ensure that
NodeJSandnpmare installed on the system. - change the diectory to repository name using
$ cd https://github.com/shsarv/TravelYaari-react. - Create a
.envfile and writeREACT_APP_API_URL='your backend api url'. look for backend of the project here. - install the dependencies by executing the follwing command:
$ npm install. - To run the React project. execute
$npm start. and it will point to thelocalhostserver with the port3000. - Enter the
IP Address: http://localhost:3000on a web browser and use the application. make sure that your backend api is running.
