Address 2 Blender 3.0 API issues:

• Issue #48 : Use sys.executable instead of bpy.app.binary_path_python
• Issue #52 : Update for Blender 3.0 API Changes (bpy.utils.user_resource)

Note that this release only supports up to Blender 3.0.1. Blender 3.1 moved to Python 3.10, which is not yet supported by Laubwerk as of 1.0.43.

Test release fixing thicket_db log level choices causing a crash if WARNING was selected in the Add-on preferences.
