This release has been prepared for a very long time and contains tremendous improvements. The English cover and title page are added. A more stylish algorithm environment is supported, and also multiple appendices. For the bibliography, the format becomes more flexible, many optional fields can be processed more naturally, and the author list of Chinese literature can be truncated properly. After collecting a lot of feedback from the users, the document of the template has become more informative. Not to mention that so many bugs and bad boxes have been eliminated, this release may represent the real quality.
