Splitting Windows

| Alt+ArrowKeys | Navigate terminals |
| Ctrl+Shift+P | focus be active on the previous view |
| Ctrl+Shift+N | focus be active on the next view |

Launcher parameters
- -m ... maximize
- -b ... borderless – works well with Gnome2 but is a bit redundant with Unity as a maximised window is borderless anyway
- -T ... sets the title
