Two main changes this release.

• Updated the shuffle and repeat icons. Yep Ive finally caved on this one. Thanks to @skylineone044 for helping design these. These new icons are less confusing and now also show what sub-mode you're in (in an understandable way).
• There is now a setting to set the background to be artist images rather than just album art under Settings > Theme.

• Unplayable tracks will how display as such (Requires re-authentication to enable this feature)
• You can now optionally supply the client secret code. (Fixes needing to re-authenticate sometimes, existing users who enter this, please click "Forget Account" and re-authorize.)
• [AUR Users] Known issue: Possible crash when using python-tekore version 4.6.0.

• Track loves are now timestamped and will be ordered by such in the loved playlist.
• Various bug fixes.
