• GH-7: Generate fonts in TTF format using bitsnpicas. Thanks to @vasili111 and VileR for sharing this solution.

• GH-25: Generate fonts in OTB format using fonttosfnt. Thanks to @j-n-f for showing how to generate OTB files.

• Drop dfont (macOS), fnt (Windows), and pt3 (TeX) fonts: they are made obsolete by the new TTF (TrueType) fonts.

• GH-9: ensure *.fnt embedded font names are unique.
• GH-10: Powerline infused BDFs need ISO10646 charset.
• Drop *.fon files: they don't work under Windows 7.
• Drop *.pdb format: Palm OS officially died in 2009.

Synchronize with Tamsyn 1.9.

Synchronize with Tamsyn 1.11, which removes 6x11, 7x12, and 8x17 sizes.

Moved *.bdf and *.png files into their own subfolders. Please update your xset +fp commands accordingly.

• Fixed inconsistent glyph baselines (imported from size 7x12) in size 7x13.
• Removed TTF & MFNT file formats because they were unusable in MacOS.
• Added fonts in PCF file format for use in Linux console (i.e. Virtual Terminal).
• Hand-tweaked the Powerline symbols to perfection using gbdfed(1) editor:
  • For all icons, I expanded them to occupy the maximum available space.
  • For the fork icon ( U+E0A0), I made the branch larger than the trunk.
  • For the newline icon ( U+E0A1), I made the "N" at the bottom larger.
  • For the padlock icon ( U+E0A2), I replaced the keyhole with // lines.
