Added Win32/Win64 OpenSSL package for windows releases. Incase of SSL errors close sub3suite, install the OpenSSL libraries sub3suite/Win32 OpenSSL v1.1.1n Light.msi or sub3suite/Win64 OpenSSL v1.1.1n Light.msi in your system then run sub3suite again.
