Steam Ts Versions Save

• Added an admin panel
• Adjusted philosophy behind this project, it is now a Node.Js application and not a module anymore.
• verified.json now gets checked regurarly and does not get stored in the RAM of the system anymore.
• Adjusted code for possible future database functionality.
• Now logging IP addresses and nicknames.
• verified.json now has a different structure. The application will automatically update it for you without making you lose data.
• Fixed admin panel bug where it would say that you have entered an incorrect SteamID.

I have written a small admin panel, I have also increased the code of this now called Node.JS application. Install/update methods have changed as well, the package on npm should no longer be used.
