Starfield is a JavsScript class that displays an animated starfield in a div element.

Quickstart
Create a HTML div initialize a Starfield like this:
var container = document.getElementById('container');
var starfield = new Starfield();
starfield.initialise(container);
starfield.start();

Ensure starfield.js file is in the same directory as the HTML file.

Configuration
You can configure the Starfield by setting the following properties on the class:
var starfield = new Starfield();
starfield.stars = 200; // The number of stars.
starfield.minVelocity = 5; // The minimum star velocity in pixels per second.
starfield.maxVelocity = 15; // The maximum star velocity in pixels per second.
