Fixes a few cosmetic issues, moves the log file to a more sensible place, and resolves a bug when trying to play a track from search results.

This version adds support for searching for playlists in addition to tracks.

Fixed a bug introduced in v0.1.12 where spoTUI would occasionally error when trying to open if nothing was playing. Sorry to anyone who upgraded in the last 24 hrs and was unable to use it!

This version fixes a few annoying bugs:

• Doesn't start when offline
• The word "Retrying..." or similar occasionally appeared on the screen messing up the UI

There's also a number of quality of life improvements:

• Your current device and the current playlist etc you were looking at should be selected when you exit and re-enter the app
• You can now use g and G to scroll to the top/bottom of large lists.
