Separate the two releases again since there are WoW64 bugs on certain operating systems that prevent the API from working correctly.

Show a green "no" if user global pages are enabled -- this is a work-around if INVPCID is not enabled, so users should see "all green" in the best state.

This release adds some ANSI colors on Windows 10, and cleans the output to make the dependencies cleaner, as well as clear up some of the terminology.
