Tasks Assessing Protein Embeddings (TAPE), a set of five biologically relevant semi-supervised learning tasks spread across different domains of protein biology.
Due to funding reasons, we had to change the AWS bucket in which all data and models were stored, which necessitates a change to all urls in this repository.
There are also a handful of bugfixes since the last v0.4 release.
