Snappy Reprap Versions Save

Adds some firmware tweaks and makes the adjustment screw a bit more durable.

• Adjusted Z tower base height to make Z-min limit switch adjustment viable.

• Adds adjustable Z-min endstop mounts.
• Changed Z homing to Z-min.
• Other minor tweaks.

This release changes the Z axis drive considerably. Some things of note:

• The Z axis now uses lifter screw rods with stabilizing rails.
• The weight of Z axis bridge is massively reduced by moving lifting motors to tower bottoms.
• Z axis wobble is significantly reduced due to the rails.
• The vertical size of the build volume increases to about 220mm.

This release fixes a number of issues with the original 2.0 releases. The Z axis is still too wobbly, but I'll fix that in 3.0.

Fixed issue with blocked joiners in jhead platform.

Improves upon the Snappy v1.1 design in the following ways:

• Replaces metal lifter screw rods with printed worm gears and racks.
• Replaces binder clips with adjustable bed-leveling mounts. Yes, you can now adjust bed leveling!
• Towers and bridge assembly use less plastic.
• Improves reliability of X and Y homing switches.
• Increases build volume to approximately 195mm x 195mm x 165mm.
• Extruder idler should now provide more pressure on the filament, for less skipping.
• Cable chains should be stiffer and stay together better.
• The extruder bridge is now arched, to reduce sag issues.

Added wiring routing documentation and cable-chains.
