SmartTaskbar Versions Save

• Added "Reduce taskbar display" option. When checked, the display of the taskbar is no longer based on whether the current window intersects with the taskbar. but the window that caused the taskbar to hide last time. 新增“减少任务栏显示”选项，当勾选后，任务栏的显示不再以当前窗口是否和任务栏相交为依据。而是以上一次导致任务栏隐藏的窗口。
