Slate React Dnd Plugin Versions Save

This is the latest working version, before bumping version to 2.0.0.

This release includes no breaking changes and the following additions:

• enabled draggable flag on nodes link
• added .editorconfig link
• removed .vscode dir link
• prettified code-blocks in README.md link
