Sharer is an Arduino Library that facilitates serial communication between an Arduino and a desktop application. It is easy to read/write variables and remote call functions. The release contains the following archives :

  • SharerAsssemblies.zip: DLL files compiled in Release for AnyCPU for the following targets :

    • .NET Framework 3.5, 4.0, 4.5.1, 4.5.2, 4.6, 4.6.1, 4.6.2, 4.7, 4.7.1, 4.7.2, 4.8
    • .NET Core 2.0, 2.1, 2.2, 3.0, 3.1
    • .NET Standard 2.1

  • SharerWindowsFormsExample.zip: A AnyCPU compiled Windows Desktop example (.NET Framework 3.5 is required)

  • A .NET Core 3.0 standalone console example for (you don't need any runtime) :

    • SharerConsoleExample_win-x64.zip : For Windows 64 bits
    • SharerConsoleExample_win-x86.zip : For Windows 32 bits
    • SharerConsoleExample_win-arm.zip : For Windows ARM (like Windows IOT for Raspberry PI)
    • SharerConsoleExample_linux-x64.zip : For Linux 64 bits
    • SharerConsoleExample_linux-arm.zip : For Linux ARM (like Raspbian for Raspberry PI)
    • SharerConsoleExample_osx-x64.zip : For Mac OS X
