GitHub Action to setup BATS testing framework
Fully backwards-compatible refactor of the Action scaffolding based on modern Action template. It also addresses difficulties with usage as reported in #5 and makes future development easier by keeping the latest stable mainline in master branch.
Brings updated toolkit to make the action compatible with upcoming GitHub Action changes that deprecate/remove certain features. Also changes the default version of BATS to 1.2.1.
Initial release.
