Minor fix

This release introduces v2 of the API as well as the config necessary to run as a Docker container.

This version contains an update to use more recent versions of nodejs and specifically deal with performance issues with regards to the single thread nature of v1.0.

This is the version that was initially used in the browser, before Phase 2 Refactoring
