For M1 etc. the install location for homebrew has changed, so add this to the path...

I've added the homebrew ruby paths to the searchpath that scrivomatic creates. At the moment you need to be using Ruby V2.7.x as paths are hardcoded to the release version. I still recommend rbenv as a more flexible solution to managing ruby.
This just tags scrivomatic and Scrivomatic.scrformat to both have V1.0.27 of the script.
