New major release which targets Zikula 3.0.0.

• Updated CKEditor from version 4.7.2 to 4.9.2.

• Explicitly set template name in annotation (prevents problems in Zikula 2.x).

Completely rewritten for Core-2.0 standards. Requires modification in editor-providing modules.
