Fix broken image on PyPI

• Include additional datasources and models in the catalogue
• Improve behaviour of force installation of model packages
• Various frontend changes, new contributors (does not affect PyPI release)

Model name changes from #477 and addition of the projects catalog

• Specify version of required packages in requirements.txt
• Enhancements to the web frontend and documentation
