Fixed an issue introduced in HA 2023.9 causing the tabs in the editor mode not to be shown.

• Fixed a bug related to calculating heat/cool action for climate entities supporting a min/max temperature range

Duplicate of v2.4.1. Many HACS users suffered an issue where card failed to update since their local installation was on v3.2.6 while the latest available release version is lower. The version number is increased in an attempt to mitigate this problem.

Changes:

• Fixed a bug introduced by v2.4.0 causing the card to be blank for some users
• Reload the time scheme bar when the editor dialog is resized
• Improve the reloading of the card when the card configuration is modified using the UI editor
• Add support for normal heat action for climate devices with hvac mode 'heat_cool'
• Improved french translation (thanks @Behike !)

⚠️ Warning: this release brings a BIG change! The structure of the card has been changed completely. Instead of replacing the content in the card, there is now a separate dialog (with multiple tabs) for creating schedules. I'm pretty happy with how this experiment turned out, hope everyone likes it.

Duplicate of v2.3.8 (no changes). Multiple users reported issues with upgrading to v2.3.8 using HACS, I'm hoping this release will solve this.
