bug出现的场景是，下载了很多很多流量（超过2^32B)，然后服务器会产生多余的tcp connection。

该connection在server是established，在client处并没有对应的记录。

server仍然会通过该conn发送数据，但router没有发送RST/FIN给服务器，也没有forward数据给client，所以该部分数据丢失，kcptun会重传，速度就会变慢。
