Release notes:

• Add -u option to enable sending framebuffer data over an unencrypted TCP-connection, resulting in more fps and less load on the reMarkable!
• Support remarkable2-framebuffer, which allows reStream to be used for non-xochitl applications.
• Update restream.rs to accept command line arguments with framebuffer properties (width, height, file, ...).
