Rebuff Versions Save

Major Release for Python SDK 🎉

The new Python SDK does not rely on connecting with Rebuff Playground API (via token) now. Instead it runs its checks locally and natively in Python.

In future, Rebuff Python SDK will also support local vector DB and local LLMs.
