Rework of the project to update some of the libraries.

• Updated to webpack 3
• Refactor webpack configs in 3 different files
• Updated several npm packages version
• Fixed some small code issues

Next version TODOs:

• Update React and Webpack to new versions
• Add tests

• Change gulp for Webpack
• Change way of importing scss files
