RafaelSolVargas Vulkan Versions Save

This version bring fixes of several errors since v15.2. Also there is more settings properties that can be modified, like selecting if the Vulkan will start a new Python Process separate for each Player or if it'll use the same process.

Fixes:

• Error when executing play command using prefix commands

Now we are supporting Slash Commands too. All commands has now their Slash version, just type / in your Discord server to see them.

Upgrade: Now, as shown in README.md, when the player automatically triggers the Now Playing command, it will also bring up some buttons to allow the user to directly interact with the bot without having to type the commands.

Changes: Changed the discord library to pycord 2.0

• Play command => Now much more stable, working with the multiprocessing module as well as asyncio module to maximaze the speed for the bot. With this, Vulkan can now play in multiple servers without one player download interfering with the others.

Fixes:

• Now if any problem happen with the player, Vulkan can now automatically reset and keep to the next music, avoiding a total crash
