Purge Wrangler Versions Save

This release adds information about Kryptonite to the script.

This release fixes issues with:

• Mounting system volume correctly (#117).
• ~Special edition RX 580 with 2048 SPs (#109).~
• Patching prompt where choosing "Never" would still notify on next boot when it should not.

This release fixes an issue with Ti82 patching on macOS 11 that would cause the system to crash immediately on plugging in a Thunderbolt device.

This release includes bug fixes for older (pre-Catalina) macOS patches and version checks.

This release introduces support for macOS Big Sur (11.0+) and embraces the new system volume snapshot boot features.

• Switch to using snapshot boots created after each system modification via bless.
• Incorporate new mechanism to rebuild kernel extensions for macOS 11.
• Requires disabling ART - authenticated root, which itself may require disabling FileVault for macOS 11.
• Full console output log history mechanism for improved debugging.
• 2-Level protection for system with Time Machine snapshots + backup kexts:
  • Time Machine snapshots allow instant disk reverts in macOS Recovery, eliminating any complicated steps to recover an unbeatable system. The script ensures a snapshot is taken on a working system prior to any patching.
  • Traditional kext backups are also taken in case Time Machine snapshots are unavailable.
  • In worst case scenarios, users can fall back to reinstallation of macOS without data loss.

This release removes requirement for waiting for eGPU to be disconnected, as it did not help with #44.

This release includes the following changes/fixes:

• Recovery system is removed due to limitations imposed by current macOS releases (#63).
• Fixes #44 by requiring eGPU disconnection before building kernel cache.
• Disables execution in single user mode as kextd can no longer be started.
• Other minor fixes.

This release:

• Fixes an issue with recovery failing to remove AMDLegacySupport.kext (#47).
• Resolves incorrect install of legacy kext when using natively supported Polaris/Ellesmere GPUs (#47).

This update restores the ability to choose to avoid installing script updates.

This release blocks NVIDIA RTX/Turing GPUs as they are not supported on any version of macOS at this point.
